外泌體(Exosomes)是細胞分泌的奈米級囊泡,直徑大約 30 到 150 奈米——比細胞本身小上千倍。它們的功能是在細胞與細胞之間傳遞訊息:把蛋白質、脂質和 RNA 分子從一個細胞「寄送」給另一個細胞。可以把外泌體理解為細胞之間的「快遞包裹」,裡面裝著溝通所需的各種分子。
