玻尿酸是保養界最被誤解的成分之一。它的名聲太好,好到大家忘了問一個基本問題:它的分子進得了皮膚嗎?
玻尿酸的分子量,決定了它能到達哪一層皮膚。大分子玻尿酸(High Molecular Weight)停留在皮膚表面,形成保濕薄膜,能感覺到立即的柔軟感,但不深入;中分子進入角質層,填充角質細胞之間的空隙;小分子玻尿酸(水解玻尿酸)可以滲透到更深層,提供持久的水合作用。
這意味著,如果你買的精華只含有一種玻尿酸,你得到的保濕效果是片面的。
更關鍵的問題是使用環境。玻尿酸是吸濕劑,它從周圍環境吸取水分。在濕度高的環境下,它從空氣吸水鎖在肌膚;但在乾燥的冷氣房或低濕度環境中,它反而可能從皮膚深層「抽水」,讓你更乾。
解法不複雜:在潮濕的皮膚上使用玻尿酸精華(洗臉後立刻,不要讓臉乾透),然後立即用乳霜封住。玻尿酸帶進水,乳霜防止水逃走。少了任何一步,保濕效果都打折。

Hyaluronic acid is one of the most misunderstood ingredients in skincare. Its reputation is so good that people forget to ask a basic question: can its molecules actually enter the skin?
Molecular weight determines how deep hyaluronic acid can travel. High molecular weight HA sits on the skin's surface, forming a hydrating film that feels immediately soft but doesn't penetrate. Mid-weight molecules reach the stratum corneum, filling the spaces between corneocytes. Low molecular weight (hydrolyzed) HA penetrates more deeply, providing sustained hydration.
This means a serum with only one type of hyaluronic acid delivers incomplete results.
There's a more critical factor: application environment. HA is a humectant — it draws moisture from its surroundings. In humid conditions, it pulls from the air and holds it at the skin surface. In dry air-conditioned rooms or low-humidity environments, it may actually draw moisture from deeper skin layers, leaving you drier.
The fix is simple: apply hyaluronic acid to damp skin, immediately after cleansing, before the face dries. Follow immediately with a cream to occlude. HA draws water in; cream prevents it from escaping. Without both steps, the hydration benefit is incomplete.
Hyaluronic acid is not a complete solution. It's a component — and like any component, it only works when used correctly.
